“ Filling a huge gap in the west side is 85oC cafe. They have savory breads, shokupan Asian style white bread in the photo, egg tarts, and sweet cakes. They also have Tea and Coffee drinks, although I didnt try one. Everything was very good, 85oC is a chain from Taiwan, so they know how to put out consistent quality products. I went on Saturday morning and there was a line out the door. They were putting out bread, but people were buying it faster! If you want something in particular I recommend getting there at 9am opening time note this is soft open time, they might change as time goes on. The egg tarts were great, I feel like Ive only ever had better in Hong Kong, no where in America. The Shokupan was probably about the same quality as Brug, although maybe a bit below Epiya of course they are all the way downtown, so well be getting it often on the west side!. The savory and sweet rolls and breads are typical asian style similar to Brug, or St. Honore when they were here. Everything tasted as expected and was well done. Its in the old pizza hut in front of the Safeway in Kapolei. ”
“ Randomly found this gem when we the bakery near us was closed. They have a Greta variety of items. My fav is the spicy egg sausage! Absolutely delicious! They had so many good bakery items! Ube bread, coconut twist, hawaiian chicken, milk pudding, etc. They also have drinks teas, coffee, smoothies etc,. Parking is great, location is great service atmosphere were great. I love being able to pick what I want take it to the cashier instead of waiting to have the cashier do it. Only thing I would suggest is that the clear packaging they use be switched to the one with the adhesive so your goodies arent falling out of the packaging. ”

“ This place is much closer than BRUG, I honestly feel that this place as a lot of variety of delicious breads to cakes. The best part is their coffee and tea, you should come here to stop by to grab a spot to eat there is tables and chairs behind very convenient ”

“ One of my favorite pastry shops. Great selection and tasty! They have coffee drinks and some other alternatives. Good parking lot. They have Ube flavors, taro, etc. There is some rotation of flavors. The coconut tart may be small but its very fluffy and delicious. ”
